Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Yoga Voice Timer mobile application ("App") developed by Yoganila Production ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Yoga Voice Timer is a meditation and breathing timer app. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

2. Subscriptions

The App offers optional Premium subscriptions ("Premium") with the following terms:

• Plans: Monthly and Yearly subscription plans are available.
• Free Trial: A 7-day free trial may be offered on select plans. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial period).
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance and given the option to cancel.

3. Premium Features

Premium subscribers receive:

• Ad-free experience (all advertisements removed)
• Up to 1,000 saved sequences (free tier: 9)
• Up to 100 sessions (free tier: 5)

4. Free Tier

The App is fully functional without a subscription. Free users have access to all timer, yoga, and breathing features with the limits noted above. Advertisements are displayed for free users via Google AdMob.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Yoganila Production and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.

6. User Data

All user-created content (sequences, sessions, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. For details on advertising data collection, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. The App is not a substitute for professional medical or health advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoganila Production shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
